Streaming to Kick
Kick is a growing live streaming platform with competitive creator monetization. pMix includes a built-in Kick preset.
Getting your stream key
- Go to Kick Dashboard
- Under Stream Key/URL, click Show Key
- Copy the Stream Key and Stream URL
Configuring pMix
- Open Settings → Streaming
- Select Kick as the platform
- Paste your stream key
- Review the recommended settings:

Going live
- Tap Start in pMix’s output controls
- Your stream appears on your Kick channel shortly after
- Set your stream title and category in the Kick Dashboard
Tips
- H.264 only — Kick does not support H.265
- Bitrate — Stay within 4500–6000 kbps for best compatibility
- Low latency — Kick offers low-latency streaming by default; no extra configuration is needed in pMix
