Saving Projects
Save your current production setup to restore it later.
How to save
- Configure your production completely — sources, scenes, audio, streaming settings
- Open Settings → Project
- Tap Save Project
- Enter a descriptive name (e.g., “Sunday Service”, “Podcast Setup”, “Concert 3-Camera”)
- The project is saved to the iPad’s local storage
When to save
- After initial setup — Once your production is configured and tested
- Before making changes — Save a known-good state before experimenting
- After refinements — Update your saved project when you’ve improved the setup
- Different configurations — Save separate projects for different shows or venues
What to name projects
Use descriptive names that help you identify the project later:
- “Church - Main Sanctuary” vs “Church - Fellowship Hall”
- “Podcast - 2 Person” vs “Podcast - 3 Person + Remote”
- “Concert - 4 Camera” vs “Conference - Stage + Slides”
Overwriting
Saving with the same name as an existing project overwrites the previous version. Use a new name if you want to keep both versions.
Tips
- Save early, save often — Save after your initial setup is working, then save again after refinements
- Test before saving — Make sure everything works (audio levels, overlays, streaming) before saving as your baseline
- Multiple versions — Save variations for different scenarios (e.g., “3-Camera” and “2-Camera Fallback”)
